MiralifeOnline Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how MiralifeOnline handles personal information when you use our websites, create an account, request care, or use My Space. Our separately posted Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) describes how we may use and disclose protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. Acknowledging receipt of the NPP is not the same as agreeing to this Privacy Policy or consenting to treatment.

Contact details you provide (such as name, email, phone, and state), appointment preferences, account identity information, consent and acknowledgment records, and operational records needed to schedule and deliver care sessions. We do not require photos, bios, or marketing profiles before care.

To schedule and confirm appointments, assign clinicians, provide session access, communicate about your care request, maintain legally required consent records, and operate the platform securely. Our operations team may contact you directly about your care request and appointments.

Information is shared only as needed with authorized Miralife clinicians and operations staff, and with telehealth tools you are directed to join (for example an external VSee session link managed via session URL). We do not sell personal information.

We apply access controls, session privacy protections (including redacting join links outside the join window), and operational safeguards appropriate to behavioral health care.
