MiralifeOnline Terms of Use

By using MiralifeOnline websites, accounts, booking flows, and My Space, you agree to these Terms of Use.

MiralifeOnline, operated by Miralife Tele-Therapist LLC, provides digital pathways to request behavioral health care, manage appointments in My Space, and join clinician-led telehealth sessions via an external session URL when provided by operations.

MiralifeOnline is not for emergencies and is not a crisis response service. If you need emergency help, contact your local emergency services. In the United States, call 911, or call or text 988.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and location (state) information and safeguarding your account credentials. Appointment requests are pending until operations confirms them.

Sessions use an external telehealth room link managed by operations and stored as a session URL (for example a VSee waiting-room https link). Native in-app video is not provided. Telehealth sessions are delivered through a vendor covered by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). MiralifeOnline does not integrate vendor scheduling, intake, payment, or patient management systems.

When payment applies, private-pay confirmation is verified by operations before the session.
